Which is better the HTC Diamond or HTC Hero 2?

I need to buy HTC Diamond or HTC Hero 2. I am confused with two of them, could someone Please suggest me, which is the best among them. Both use the same hardware configuration. The main difference HTC Android HTC Diamond OS, Hero and 2 for Microsoft Windows Mobile OS. The main thing I want to know how the GPS HTC Hero, is TomTom (satellite receiver inside) or Google Maps (GPRS). Could you please let me know when HTC will be launched in India Hero? If you please give me an overall score for both.
