What is the best way for my PDA with GPS and a road map of the program?

What is the best way to allow my PDA HP iPAQ (tooth Blue and Windows Mobile 5 operating system) with a road map as a Tom-Tom GPS. I think I need a receiver, but do not come with these cards and programming for the functionality similar to a TomTom? It seems rather complicated! Please help

You will need a Bluetooth receiver, GPS software designed for Windows Mobile, and maps. My husband use the software on their computers Dell Tomtom handheld with a Bluetooth receiver Axim, and it is * much better than the Navman satellite navigation we had.
